Workflow analysis

I map your daily workflows, identify the repetitive tasks that eat your time, and figure out which ones are the best candidates for automation. Not everything should be automated — I'll tell you which tasks give you the biggest return.

Custom prompt engineering

Generic prompts give generic results. I write prompts specific to your business, your terminology, your workflows. The AI knows how you categorize expenses, what your email tone sounds like, how your CRM fields map to your process.

Full deployment

Production-ready install on your Mac Mini, office desktop, or VPS. Not a demo, not a proof of concept — a real setup that runs reliably every day. OS configuration, dependencies, model selection, performance tuning. Tested end-to-end before handoff.

Security hardening

Access controls so the agent only touches what it should. Credential management, network isolation, permission boundaries, and activity logging. You can see exactly what the agent does at any time. I don't ship it until it's locked down.

Integrations

I wire the agent into the tools you already use — email, calendar, CRM, messaging, databases, accounting software. Each connection is configured and tested with your real data. If your tool has an API, I can connect it.

Training + 14-day support

I walk your team through everything — live, not a pre-recorded video. You also get written documentation specific to your setup: your configuration, your integrations, your workflows. Plus 14 days of direct support after handoff. If something breaks, I fix it.

Pricing questions

What's included in the 14-day support?
After deployment, you get 14 days of email and call support for any issues that come up. If something breaks, if a workflow isn't behaving right, or if your team has questions about using the AI agent — I'm on it. This isn't a help desk with ticket queues. You message me directly and I respond the same day.
Can I start with just a conversation?
Absolutely. The discovery call is free — 30 minutes, no obligation. We'll talk about your workflows, I'll recommend the right tool, and you'll know whether a deployment makes sense before spending anything. Zero pressure.
What if I need more than 4 hours of support per month?
Additional hours on the Full Support plan are billed at EUR 200/hour. That said, most months my clients don't even use the full four hours. If you consistently need more, we'll talk about a custom arrangement that makes more sense for your budget.
Do you offer discounts for multiple deployments?
Yes. If you're deploying across multiple offices, departments, or locations, I'll put together a custom quote. The per-deployment cost drops because a lot of the configuration work carries over. Get in touch and I'll scope it out for you.
